Do I need Foreign Worker Medical Insurance for my Work Permit and S Pass holders?

Yes. MOM requires medical insurance for every Work Permit and S Pass holder, with cover in line with MOM's latest guidelines, currently $60,000 per year. It sits alongside Work Injury Compensation, and most employers of foreign workers need both.

How fast can I get a valid Certificate of Insurance?

It depends on the product. Straightforward cover like WIC, FWMI, public liability, and commercial motor usually takes 1 to 2 days once we have complete information. Products that need underwriter review, like professional indemnity, D&O, and cyber, take 3 to 5 working days.

What does this service cost me?

You do not pay a fee for using this service. finexis advisory Pte Ltd is paid a commission by the insurer when you take up a policy through us. The premium you pay is set by the insurer.

Do I have to choose the insurer myself?
